Raquel V. Camacho

Program Assistant

Why This Work is Important To Me

It gets me excited to be part of EL&A because I am very passionate about helping others, especially our elder community.

Raquel fulfills a variety of roles each day. She answers calls, directs clients to the right resources, and handles day-to-day operations for the Imperial County office. Raquel also assists with community outreach, prepares documents for attorney review, and helps manage details for the Unlawful Detainer Clinic.

Working at EL&A energizes Raquel because she cares about the well-being of older people in the community.

Raquel enjoys reading, traveling, meeting new people, and listening to soft music. Most importantly, she enjoys family time with her adult children and grandkids.
