It always feels good when you can make a difference in a client’s life. Medicare is complicated so it is nice when we can help a client navigate the system so that they are getting all of their health insurance needs. I also love working with our staff – they are the best around!
Bio
Amy works with clients who need assistance with their Medicare benefits. She also assists the team managers with HICAP-related tasks to ensure the program runs smoothly. With 14 years of HICAP experience, she has an extensive understanding of Medicare and its changes over the years.
Amy has two young kids who keep her busy. They like to spend as much time outside as possible. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at her kids’ school.
